The Location: Nelson Square Executive Offices is located on the 17th floor of the Nelson Square Building at 808 Nelson Street in downtown Vancouver. We are ideally situated right across the street for the Provincial Law Courts with easy access to and from our office via the Cambie, Granville, or Burrard Street Bridges. We are conveniently located one block from a major bus thoroughfare on Granville Street and three blocks from the Skytrain station.

The Space: Nelson Square Executive Offices is owned by the Landlord of the Nelson Square Building. We have 40 offices on the 17th floor ranging in size from 110 to 225 square feet. The sophisticated granite and maple décor of our newly renovated reception area will be a pleasant and comfortable place to welcome your clients.

The Package: We offer high quality office suites, elegantly furnished with traditional mahogany furniture. Our professional, friendly receptionist will personally answer your telephone calls and greet your clients. We include 10 hours of complimentary boardroom usage per month as well as access to a full array of office equipment and support.
